Kristin Leinweber has been with Dominion since 2014 and hasn't looked back. Since beginning her career in the Automotive Industry, she's fallen in love with working on balancing equipment.

Kristin wasn't always a project manager. She worked her way up in the industry - starting out in administrative and purchasing roles and eventually moving into project management.

Her time with Dominion started with a recommendation from a former supervisor at Balancing Engineering with Kristin's main draw to DTG being the company's size.

Kristin enjoys working for smaller companies where she has a say in what happens.

"In a smaller company, and even in project management, you get to be involved in all the different aspects," Kristin said.

Kristin says watching her projects cradle-to-grave gives her the greatest sense of accomplishment. She describes her projects as something that starts off fresh and you need to nourish it and watch it grow.

Outside of work, Kristin is all about the outdoors and spending time with her kids. She enjoys hiking, biking, kayaking, golfing, skiing and gardening - and she incorporates all these interests by planning family trips. One of Kristin's favorite trips was when she and her family took out West where they hiked many National Parks including the Grand Canyon.
