Evacuation and Fill

Evacuate and Fill equipment first evacuates the fluid system of atmospheric pressure and moisture, checks for leaks in the system, fills the system to the appropriate fill pressure or volume, and tops off the reservoir to the desired volume. In brake applications, an extra vacuum pump conditions the brake fluid prior to filling to remove unwanted moisture.
